Is there a security deposit?

Yes. A security deposit is required before move-in. The amount will be discussed during the leasing process.

Can I decorate my suite?

Absolutely! We encourage you to personalize your suite to reflect your brand and create a welcoming experience for your clients, provided decorations comply with building guidelines. $200 Non refundable reposit if you would like to paint your suite.

Do I need my own business license and insurance?

Yes. Tenants are responsible for maintaining all required professional licenses, business licenses (if applicable), and liability insurance.

Is there a lease agreement?

Yes. We offer lease terms designed to support both new and established beauty professionals. Ask us about current lease options.

Is there 24/7 access?

Yes. Tenants have secure access to their suites 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing you to create a schedule that works for you and your clients.

Can my clients park for free?

Yes. Complimentary parking is available for both tenants and clients.

Can I sell retail products?

Yes. You are welcome to sell retail products directly to your clients from your suite.

Can I share a suite with another professional?

Suite-sharing may be available depending on the lease agreement and licensing requirements. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

How do I schedule a tour?

Scheduling a tour is easy! Contact us by phone, email, or complete the contact form on our website, and we'll be happy to show you available suites.

Is there a waiting area for clients?

Yes, however each suite renter will have their own policy on where their clients will wait.

How soon can I move in?

Move-in dates depend on suite availability. Many professionals are able to move in shortly after completing the application and lease process.
